LITTLE ROCK – On Monday, Feb. 3, 2025, the Governor signed three bills into law:
HB1005 expands tuition waivers for Arkansas National Guard soldiers and airmen to include programs leading to postsecondary certificates or credentials.
HB1006 redesignates the Fourteenth Judicial District as a Division A Judicial District for prosecuting attorneys, declaring an emergency.
SCR1 adopts the joint rules for the House and Senate of the Ninety-Fifth General Assembly.
