Little Rock Police Investigate Fatal Shooting on Reservoir Road

LITTLE ROCK – The Little Rock Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred late Thursday night.On Jan. 30, 2025, at 11:08 p.m.,
Northwest Patrol Officers responded to a medical assist call at 1812 Reservoir Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered 46-year-old Carla Anderson deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
The scene was secured, and LRPD Homicide Detectives, along with the Crime Scene Search Unit, were notified.
Investigators canvassed the area, reviewed surveillance footage, and interviewed witnesses.
Anderson’s body was transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy, and her next of kin has been notified.
The investigation remains ongoing.
