Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. will present his 2025 State of the City Address on Thursday, February 27, at Dr. Marian G. Lacey K-8 Academy.
The evening will highlight the city’s progress and future initiatives. The event begins with the City of Little Rock Involvement Fair at 5:00 PM, followed by the State of the City Address at 6:00 PM.
